多謝大家不離不棄，事實上，成個七月真係比啲客玩「輪姦」，真正有血有淚！個市真係上得好快，成交果啲盤，全部貴價野，好似「君臨天下」咁，上年全年成交十間唔夠，今個七月就成交佐十二間，最平入場費係仟六萬倒，講緊係一仟呎單位，好似「凱旋門」，連啲「蟹眼貨」都買晒，「蟹眼」係「凱旋門」黎講係最「差」既貨，都要買成六舊水。講到我自已忙佐成個月，都係得個吉，唔知係低估佐個市，定係高估佐自己？
